A 25% deposit is required before a booking can be confirmed. This is a non-refundable amount and you are advised to take out a Travel Insurance Policy with a Cancellation Clause
The balance is due 4 weeks before the starting date of the course. Any course reservation made 4 weeks or less before the starting date of the course must be paid in full at the time of application.
Cancellation and postponement: should you cancel, your deposit will be lost. However, you may rebook another date within 12 months of the cancelled starting date without loss of the deposit if you cancel more than 7 days before the starting date. If full payment has been made then the sum will be refunded minus the deposit if cancelled more than 7 days before the starting date.
No refund or postponement of the starting date will be given for any cancellation or premature departure 7 days or less before before the course starting date.
Travel Insurance: Please take out your own travel insurance to cover loss of baggage, flight or course cancellation, repatriation and medical/hospital/accident cover.
